How to book a transfer?

Step 1.  To order a transfer, enter the pick up point (airport or city) in the transfer order form, as well as the drop off point (airport or city). When you enter this information, the form will automatically offer you similar options. Click the "Find" button. If the desired route does not find, fill in the form of calculating the new route and in shortly you will receive the best offer for this direction.

Step 2. At the next window choose the class of the car that suits you and press the "Order" button. Each class of cars shows the maximum capacity of passengers in the car and the maximum amount of luggage. Each child is considered as a passenger. The price is for the car. 

Step 3. Fill in the order information. To do this, enter the total number of passengers in special fields (if you have small children traveling with you, indicate number and the type of child seats you need), the date,  time and the address of pick up, the address to drop off, and fill in the fields with your contact information, indicating your name and surname, telephone number for communication, e-mail address. Please tell us your wishes in the "note" column.

Step 4. Make payment. You can make an advance payment on our website (secure payment) with a Visa or Mastercard card, and pay the rest in cash to the driver or make a full prepayment of the transfer. After making a prepayment or full payment your order will be confirmed and you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the driver's contact details. Save this voucher in your smartphone or print it out and bring it with you.

Step 5. Meeting with the driver. At the date and time our driver will meet you with a sign on which your name and surname will be written.

How to find the desired transfer?

In the transfer order form, specify the pick up and drop off points and click the "Search" button. If the desired route does not find, fill in the form of calculating the new route and in shortly you will receive the best offer for this direction.

How to book a transfer from the airport?

In the transfer order form in the "pick up" field indicate your airport, in the "drop off" field, specify the point to which you are traveling. Choose the class of the car and enter your flight information: date and time of arrival, flight number. The driver will meet you in the airport meeting point with a plate on which your name and surname will be written.

How to book a transfer to the hotel?

In the transfer order form, enter the pick up point (airport or city) and in "drop off" field specify the city where your hotel is located. Choose the car class and at the next page in the "route" section specify the name of the hotel (or the address of the hotel) you need.

How to book a transfer to the airport?

In the transfer order form in the "Pick up" field specify pick up point, and in the "drop off" enter your airport. Start time of the transfer to the airport you should calculate by yourself. For example, your flight has departure at 12 am, the duration of transfer is approximately 1 hour. At the airport you want to be 2 hours in advance so pick up time you should enter is at 9 am.

What is the minimum time to make a booking of transfer?

You can order a transfer at any time, but not later than 16 hours before starting a transfer. If there is less time left, then contact our operators and they will try to make the order in manual mode.

I can´t find my route. What should I do?

If we haven´t your route please fill in the transfer request form. Shortly you will receive a link at your e-mail with the price of the transfer.

I´m travelling with children. Do i need to order child chairs?

Each child is considered as an individual passenger. Please keep that in mind . In most countries children must have appropriate child seats (or boosters) during a transfer. If you do not order this chairs in advance, the driver has the right to refuse to perform the transfer. You can order it for an additional fee (5 euros per each chair).

How can i make sure that my transfer is accepted?

As soon as you make a prepayment or full payment you will recieve a letter at your e-mail with information about your transfer and you will recieve drivers contact information too. This letter is a confirmation of your order and it guarantees that our driver will meet you. If you have not received the letter within an hour please contact us immediately (tacatarus@gmail.com)

How can I pay for a transfer?

To book a transfer you need to make a prepayment of the transfer (the remaining part you should pay to the driver in cash) or make a full payment of transfer at our website.

Prepayment of the transfer

You can make an advance payment with your Visa or Mastercard. The remaining amount you must pay to the driver in cash.  If you cancel the transfer more than 24 hours before your trip it will be fully refunded. To make a prepayment please enter the following details of your card in the special fields at the payment stage: card number, owner name, valid period (indicated on the front side) and the CVV security code indicated on the back side of the card. The security of payments is guaranteed by the German processing company PayMill.

Full payment of the transfer

You can also make a full payment for your transfer at our website. In this case, you will not pay to the driver.

In what currency i should pay to the driver?

At the moment to driver you can pay only in euros. Within a short time we will enter payment in US dollars. It is also possible to pay the rest of the sum to the driver in local currency (in agreement with the driver).

What payment methods are available?

To make a prepayment or a full payment of the transfer please use your Visa or Mastercard. Payments on our site are secure.

How to change or cancell the booking?

Make changes in your order

If you want to make changes in your order more than 24 hours before trip please contact us via e-mail (tacatarus@gmail.com). We will make changes in manual mode and will send you a new confirmation letter. If you want to make changes in your order in less than 24 hours before trip please contact your driver directly.

When i can make changes in my order?

If you want to make changes in your transfer 24 hours before your trip please conact us via e-mail (tacatarus@gmail.com). If you want to make changes in your order less than 24 hours please contact your driver directly and tell him all details.

Will I get my money back if I will cancell my order?

Sure. If you cancell transfer 24 hours before your trip we will fully refund prepayment or full payment. If you cancell your order less than 24 hours before your trip so we will refund you 50% of the money you paid.

How to find my driver?

Your driver will wait for you with a plate and your name on it. At the airport, the meeting takes place in the waiting area. If your pick up point is the hotel - the driver will wait for you in the lobby at the reception. When your transfer starts in the port - the driver will wait for you at the exit from the terminal.

Can I be sure that the driver will meet me?

We guarantee that our driver will meet you. Please pay attention at the waiting area to the nameplates. The driver has your phone number and you have his phone number too.

How to contact the driver?

Once you have made the prepayment or full payment for the transfer you will recieve at your e-mail confirmation letter. In this confirmation letter you will find drivers contact details. If you will have any questions please contact him. 

If the flight delayed or changed what should i do?

If your flight is delayed or changed please contuct us tacatarus@gmail.com or contact with your driver directly.

The driver didn´t meet me. What should i do?

Usually these situation happens when your pick up point is airport. Please check again nameplates in the waiting area, perhaps you missed your one. If you can't find your driver try to contact him by phone number indicated in your transfer confirmation. Sometimes it happens that the driver went to the toilet or is late due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic jam, police control, etc.). If within 15 minutes the driver could not be found and contacted, call us (+34606923084 or +34638929195). After the delay of 30 minutes, use the services of a normal taxi (at the airport use taxi stand or ask for it at information point. If you are waiting in the hotel - ask the receptionist to call you a taxi). In this case we will compensate you the difference in the cost of the trip.
